System Integration

ACG provides software customisation and integration services mainly targeted around security but can migrate outside of security where required. ACG can provide integration of access control, CCTV and other systems to enhance operational efficiency or for a variety of other purposes.

Where possible ACG utilise existing API’s such as SOAP and REST API’s, where necessary ACG can provide middleware applications that provide non-integrated products with the ability to share information such as users, credentials, asset information, events, alarms etc. In recent years projects have had increased IoT hardware and integration requirements, requiring access control systems to integrate with 3rd party devices via BACnet, Modbus, JSON, XML, MQTT, BLE, NFC and other protocols.

With some in house resources and contracted subject matter experts, ACG has delivered multiple integration projects successfully. In addition, ACG also provides custom scripts to automate routine tasks that can enhance efficiency, security and data sharing capabilities.
